About Christina M. Gullo

Experience

Christina M. Gullo proudly serves as Partner with the Kantor Gullo Law Firm. She focuses on plaintiffs’ personal injury litigation, specifically railroad, motorcycle, and motor vehicle personal injury cases throughout the East and Midwest. She is also able to handle general practice matters, including but not limited to: premises liability matters, traffic court proceedings, DWI matters, and contract disputes.

Prior to working at the Kantor Gullo Law Firm, Christina served as an Associate Attorney at Schnitter Ciccarelli Mills, where she focused on insurance defense and coverage, toxic tort defense, commercial litigation, and personal injury litigation. Christina’s experience has allowed her to gain a unique perspective on civil litigation, as she has been trained in both plaintiff and defendant-oriented practices.

Christina has also served as a Staff Attorney for the Legal Aid Society of Rochester’s Family Law Unit, focusing on serving victims of domestic violence in both Supreme Court and Family Court proceedings. Christina gained valuable court and trial experience through her daily appearances in Monroe County. During law school, Christina clerked for the Honorable Judge Lisa Bloch Rodwin in Erie County Family Court.

Education & Community Service

Born and raised in Buffalo, New York, Christina attended Nardin Academy, Canisius College, and the State University at Buffalo School of Law. During her tenure at Canisius College, Christina was a member of both the women’s Division 1 soccer and rowing teams.

Admissions

Christina is currently admitted to practice in: the State of New York, the Western District of New York, the Southern District of New York, the District of Connecticut, and the Eastern District of Michigan.

Associations

Christina currently serves on the Associate Board of Directors for the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. Christina is one of the co-creators of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers Special Term Project, which broadcasts live court proceedings to the public, free of charge. This program has been utilized as a learning tool for law students, and attorneys of all experience levels.

A Rising Star

Christina is proud to have appeared on the 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 Super Lawyers Upstate New York Rising Stars list, a distinction limited to approximately 2.5% of attorneys in each state. This selection is based off of an evaluation of twelve (12) indicators, including peer recognition and professional achievement in the legal practice.

She has also received the ECBA’s Volunteer Lawyers Projects Champions of Justice Award in 2019, recognizing her continued commitment to pro bono work in Western New York.

Christina has also been named as one of the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers in New York. Only a select few of the most qualified attorneys from each state and region receive this designation.

Christina has also been recognized in numerous publications, including: the Buffalo Law Journal, the American Bar Association, and the University of Buffalo School of Law Newsletter.
